Episode description

The House adjourns again without electing a Speaker after Kevin McCarthy suffers six humiliating losses in his Speakership bid. The panel discusses what the chaos in the GOP means for democracy, and the if the deal McCarthy is now pushing to end the impasse will ultimately leave him with any real power or respect. The FDA is to allow certified pharmacies to dispense abortion pills to patients who have a prescription. But with the recent implementation of abortion restrictions in many states, will this move spark a legal backlash?

Also tonight: The Bills’ Damar Hamlin is showing “improvement” but still remains in critical condition, and the Idaho student killings suspect arrives into the custody of Idaho County, ahead of the document that gave police probable cause being unsealed by a judge.
