Featured Guests also happen to be business partners, who I saw start from ground and built up.  I witnessed first hand their experience of acquiring and closing on their 13 Property Portfolio (20 Doors Total Rental Properties) worth $1M but along the way, we had some challenges to overcome.  I don't believe in quitting and we all established a relationship of being there for each other to have achieved their goals as we closed on Q4, 2019.  These gentlemen are now off to creating more opportunities in the Multi-Family Property Investing and developing their brand as the REI Brothers.

German & Oscar are brothers, making their way to building their LIFE LEGACY as Real Estate Investors. They are in the service, Military & Air Force but found their knack to look at real estate as their vessel to help reach their life goals of financial success. They have gone through mistakes and life changes that eventually led them to gain wisdom that pushed them to believe in themselves going from the past to the present day. They have decided to use the "good debt" principles and created leverage by using Private Equity partnership with their real estate investment portfolio of 20 Doors. Now, they are positioning to Multi-Family Housing and creating an investor's co-op partnership to encourage those who want to achieve passive income & turn their income to profits.
