DON'T START OVER 11

Happy New Year! January is the month to set goals and resolutions! However, I believe that’s it’s completely okay to just pick up where you left off! I also believe that you don’t need to wait for New Years to start! In this episode, I share with you a couple things that have helped me stay focus on my goals/ journey! I also talk about how to get out of the mentally of “I fell off the wagon!” but instead just keep doing things to get you closer to you goals regardless of a minor set back.
