The show tells the story of Houston's first-ever all-Latino police team, their divided loyalties, and a city on the brink. Formed in the 1970s to face a growing number of unsolved homicides in their own community, a squad of five young officers with little training and few resources was assigned to solve the city's most vicious crimes.
