India's Coronavirus Cases Hiked

India’s total coronavirus cases have risen to 7,42,417. The nation now has 2,64,944 active cases out of the total that has been noted to date. Yesterday, the total breached the 7-lakh mark and even the casualty toll went beyond 20,000. The total number of casualties that have been reported so far has risen to 20,642. India recorded 22,752 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours. This is the sixth day in a row since the country recorded over 20,000 new cases.
