Stuart - Life as an Adult Virgin

Today’s episode takes a look at what it’s like to have little or no sexual experience, and how that can feel like a weight to carry in day-to-day life.  

Lucy is talking to Stuart, a 47 year old man who has never had sex. Stuart has loads going for him; he’s got a great job that he loves, lots of friends and his own house, but for some reason, losing his virginity has evaded him. 

Lucy and Stuart chat about the societal expectations for us to begin having sexual relationships in our teens or early twenties, how Stuart feels like he missed the boat as a teenager, and how he’s now turned to the internet for help.
