51 "Tahoe 200 Ultra"

In this episode I share all the pain and wisdom from the 2022 Tahoe 200 ultramarathon race. I go over the training and gear prep up to the race and what led to ultimately pulling out of the race at mile 83. Failure sucks but its part of growing. I'll be back!!
