How good are you at staying focused every day? Do you find yourself being distracted by pretty much anything? I have struggled with focus all my life. When I was growing up they did not test me for ADHD but I'm pretty sure if I was tested now that box would get checked off. Over the years I have learned a handful of little things that help me to be more focused and Tussanee and I felt we'd like to share some of those tips in today's episode.
