47. Structuring Your Beauty Business to be Successful While ALSO Being a Present Mom

For this week's solo episode, I'm answering a question I got asked in a lash Facebook group this week: "I'm curious to know how it looked differently in your business from lashing with babies at home to doing education with babies at home." So, in this episode I shared the behind the scenes of how I structured my business to be able to keep it running and growing smoothly while also being a present parent over the years.

I shared my experiences and insights behind how to pick your schedule, prioritizing tasks, why you shouldn't just be available to clients or flexible for them whenever, & the "balance" I have for business life and mom life.
