• 200g castor sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp almond extract
• 3 cups all purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp baking powder
Sweet Almond Icing
• 115g unsalted butter softened
• 300g powdered sugar
• 1 tsp almond extract
• 1-3 tbsp milk
• Pinch of salt
• pink food coloring
