Family. Ranching. Rancing in Russia. Education. Black Angus Cattle. That is the focus of my conversation with rancher Darrell Stevenson. The Stevenson family owns and operate Stevenson Angus near Hobson, Montana. The ranch is home of "Americas Longest Established Annual Bull Sale." Darrell shares the history of his family coming to the Judith Basin and how they continue to innovate and improve cattle genetics. In our conversation, Stevenson shares his ventures of helping to introduce Black Angus genetics to Russia and establishing a ranch there. Darrell shares words of advice for both commercial and seedstock producers along with marketing cattle in the 21st Century.
