Anyone who’s met OOIDA Life member Steve Davenport knows he has a special connection to the Vietnam Veteran’s Memorial Wall – and to the Gold Star Mothers. Terry Scruton talks with Steve about a very special message he planned to deliver for the wall’s 35th anniversary to the woman who designed it. It’s OOIDA’s 11th annual Truckers for Troops Telethon. We’re raising money to send care packages to our troops in combat zones overseas and to help veterans who have returned home.
