The new man at FMCSA

One month ago, Ray Martinez took the rein of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Although he hasn’t been on the job long, Martinez got right to work, making a point of meeting with truckers and hearing their concerns during the recent Mid America Trucking Show.
