Slowdown in freight and rates

Also, an Arizona lawmaker continues his crusade to raise the fuel tax, while Minnesota also has a road funding discussion. And the rules Congress sets for automated cars will likely set the stage for the rules for trucks – if the feds can even decide what to do about cars and automation.
