LLN (5/19/20) – Earlier today, OOIDA has formally requested that FMCSA enforce the transparency requirements for brokers. Also, we’ll bring you the rest of the 2005 debate between then-OOIDA President Jim Johnston and Bob Voltmann, president of the TIA, a group that represents brokers, over transparency and other issues. And New Jersey, Oklahoma and Tennessee all push to eliminate ticket quotas, while New Jersey also considers ticket camera restrictions.
