OOIDA pops in and speaks out on ELDs

Recently, the FMCSA held a series of meetings with little to any public notice. But OOIDA did have representatives there. Chuck Paar, a member of the Association’s Board of Directors, was there. The FMCSA also held a panel discussion about ELDs, and while most of those speaking approved of the devices, a few spoke up with a different point of view – including OOIDA Executive Vice President Todd Spencer and Johanne Couture, a member of the Association’s Board of Directors.
