Recently, two of OOIDA’s top leaders, Todd Spencer and Lewie Pugh, traveled to our nation’s capital. While there, they met with the new administrator of FMCSA, two members of Congress with big impact on transportation policy, and with congressional staff trying to understand an important trucking issue.
