D.C.: Been in a crash? FMCSA wants to hear from you

Terry Scruton gets an update on the FMCSA’s crash accountability pilot program as well as on the Babin hours of service bill from OOIDA’s Director of Safety and Security Operations Doug Morris. H.R. 5417, "The Responsible and Effective Standards for Truckers” or REST Act, amends the Hours of Service regulations for truckers, allowing you the option of pausing the 14 hour clock for a period of up to 3 hours, and eliminating the 30 minute break rule.
