Also, the FMCSA has expanded a program designed to help truckers if they have a no-fault collision on their records, while a new app to help truckers in disasters is released. And Colorado’s governor has signed bills addressing some highway speed limits and fees for overweight permits; meanwhile, variable speed limits are proposed for some South Dakota roads.
