It may seem obvious, but lawmakers in nine states may change those rules – and most are focused on moving slower traffic more forcefully to the right. And earlier this week at a research forum, FMCSA offered up statistics on the causes of fatal wrecks involving trucks. However, what they presented may not be completely accurate to the true causes of those wrecks.
