Drug testing plan may make you pull your hair out

LLN (9/10/20) – The federal government has proposed guidelines for using drug testing using hair, and no one seems entirely happy with their plan. Also, a new under-21 drivers pilot program and denied attempts to overturn recent hours of service changes.
