Truckers are well aware of the mounting problems with ELDs, and numerous groups are asking for exemptions from the mandate. Now, OOIDA wants Congress to exercise some oversight and find out what the FMCSA is going to do to fix the problems. Mark Reddig talks with Jay Grimes of OOIDA’s Washington, D.C., office.
