D.C.: A new wrinkle in the fight against ELDs

Representative Brian Babin of Texas – the man who introduced the bill to delay the ELD mandate by two years – will be introducing an amendment to a separate bill that could help in the fight. The amendment – amendment No. 35 – would block funding for the ELD mandate, effectively preventing any enforcement for the next fiscal year.
