LLN (1/6/20) – Most people in trucking are aware of California’s attempt to significantly redefine who can be an independent contractor. The concept has been there for some time – and now it’s spreading. Also, physical damage insurance is not required for your truck, but it is good to have. And the legislative process sounded simple when it was explained to us in school, but the real thing is far more complex. We’ll have a primer.
