The National Academy of Sciences issued a report earlier this year detailing suggestions for improving the FMCSA’s safety measurement system. The Agency recently had a public meeting about that report. Terry Scruton talks about what went on in that meeting and the future of the CSA program with Jay Grimes of OOIDA’s Washington, D.C., office.
