affection for Japan, a love that sprouted from a professor at Antioch
College who introduced him to the Japanese language. Japan's rich
culture and history captivated him, fostering a deep connection with the
country. On his third return to Japan, he assumed a position at
Schering, dedicating 15 years to the pharmaceutical sector and ascending
to an executive role.
