Sin Beneath the Symptoms Part 2

In week four of our Sermon On the Mount series, Pastor Frank Bennett visits the next three examples that Jesus uses for believers to walk in righteousness. Making false promises, revenge, and loving our enemies are topics that cut to the heart to reveal what's really there. In the end, Jesus tells us to be perfect like God is perfect. That's impossible, and that's the point Jesus is making. Apart from God's holiness through faith in Jesus, we can't be presented as spotless and perfect. Jesus makes us perfect.
