Once again after a long absence I'm back and going to give this a go again. I rambled mostly about various media I've watched in the last few months. Due to it being a while since I've done this there are some technical issues (including a break about 2/3 in due to my turn around alarm going off), I think I'm clearly audible over the background noise of the road most of the time.

Walk 006: Sunday Superhero Stroll
Today I walked as part of the virtual walk for the Superhero Heart Run. Normally I would be at Racoon River Park jogging in the 5k during the fundraiser. However, with COVID and the extra concerns for the health of that those we would be there to support the organization decided to have everyone do it virtually.
