Priorat is a highly regarding wine producing region located in Catalonia, Spain. The practice of wine making dates back to the 12th century with Carthusian monks discovering the unique terroir in this area. As the region has developed it's production techniques, it has started to produce world-class red blends. The long history of wine making combined with the dedication to high-quality wines in Priorat makes for a fascinating study, and we're excited to share our findings!
