An Introduction to Tequila

Today's episode brings us back to Mexico to discuss a specific sub-type of Mezcal. Ironically enough, Tequila has dwarfed Mezcal's fame and become the most ubiquitous agave based spirit on the market. Tequila has developed its own personality as a spirit, however, and there is something to be said for how much it has been able to distinguish itself from being merely another Mezcal variety.
