Isabel Hardman, The Natural Health Service

This week we spoke to Isabel Hardman. Isabel is assistant editor of the Spectator and the best selling author of Why We Get the Wrong Politicians and the Natural Health Service. 

We spoke about her own experiences of mental health and how nature, and in particular open water swimming and the outdoors helped her. We also looked at how coronavirus may change our relationship to nature and the natural world for good.
