#55: Driven by duty or love?

This week I share some sweet reminders, from actually, our pastor in a recent sermon. I obviously was thinking of YOU and God spoke to me relating it also to our fitness journey! So many times we can do this journey out of pure "duty" "rules" "regulations" "results". I wanted to teach and warn you what that may result in long term. & I wanted to provide a better option for you to follow concerning LOVE.
