When we make new years resolutions, have you ever noticed we tend to say these four words or something similar? "For now on I..." That fourth word is always "I". focusing our goals and resolutions and accomplishing them in our OWN strength and not HIS! It starts unintentionally becoming about us and not about Him with caring for our bodies.
