#19: You don't need a new year for a new beginning...

Why are we waiting to transform until a certain day, month, year etc. sister? Why?! We don't need it to be a new year to continue transforming and becoming the very best version of us. We also don't need a new year for a new beginning. We don't need some huge, monumental change or massive, over the top action to take place for a new beginning. In this episode I get a little heated, spicey, and passionate about what you actually do need in order for transformation and a new beginning.
