En este episodio vamos a hablar de ... la máscara.  Las máscaras son un símbolo de límites, protección, escondite y hasta actuación. De una u otra forma, todas nos ponemos la máscara de vez en cuando. En este episodio nos vamos a preguntar: ¿qué estamos ocultando… y por qué? ¿Y cuándo, dónde, y con quién estamos dispuestas a quitarnos esa máscara para mostrarnos tal cual somos?

Las máscaras y los disfraces son divertidos, sobre todo en estas fechas… pero también, ¿cómo es que nos pueden ayudar a reflexionar y posiblemente trabajar temas emocionales?
