George Knapp has been reporting on UFOs since Bob Lazar in the 90s. So I met Bob Lazar at the Little Ailey Inn and the conference was being put on by Gary Schultz and Norio Hayakawa.
John Layer Jr. I think was there, inventor of the Learjet, he was there. So it was a very interesting mix of people, there was only about 50 or 60 people there. One of my friends was completely freaked out by the topic of UFOs and the fact that there were people that were claiming to be abducted and he just couldn't get it. And I get that.
You know, for a lot of people it's like, Woah, what does this have to do with the Bible? Well, Jesus warns us that it'll be like the days of Noah, number one, but men fade from fearfulness coming upon the earth. What is He talking about? Anyway, let's roll this and I'll comment as we go.
For twenty seven months, Las Vegas was UFO Central. A secret program known as OSAP was created back in 2008 with support from Nevada senator Harry Reid and actually became the largest UFO investigation ever undertaken by the US government, at least as far as we know. But the investigators for the program, all of whom had top security clearances, encountered things that were far stranger than UFOs. Phenomena that could be accurately described as paranormal. Eight News Now chief investigator George Knapp, the only journalist allowed to know about Allsap, spoke to the government scientist who was the program's director.
George?
Yeah, things get a little weird here. Back in that era, 2008 to 2011, I had heard the name Doctor. Jim Lakatsky a few times, mostly in hushed whispers. I finally met him face to face on St. Patrick's Day twenty eighteen at a meeting in DC arranged by Senator Reid. That's when I received a full download about Ausap that stunned me. What they found in this sprawling UFO investigation is that these unknown craft, whatever they are, seem to generate spooky phenomena that seemingly shouldn't exist.
We heavily went into Skinwalker Ranch, property of Robert Bigelow's. He offered a facility where we could see UFOs and the paranormal at once in one location.
How did this rant in Northeastern Utah, previously owned by Las Vegas aerospace tycoon Robert Bigelow, become a key part of the government's classified UFO investigation? It started at DIA, the Defense Intelligence Agency, where rocket scientist and intelligence analyst Doctor. James Lakatsky and a colleague Jay Stratton became both puzzled and alarmed by reports about UFO intrusions at many of our nation's most sensitive national defense facilities.
So let me stop right there. First of all, I met George Knapp, face to face, at the twenty nineteen UFO conference, Tim Alberino, Steve Quell, but it was Alberino who really was the spearhead who put that all together. So we were walking to dinner together and had a nice conversation with him. He was very open. I spoke there at the twenty nineteen conference and basically had the audience stand up and say, I will not be deceived each person.
So at the end of my presentation, I had the audience stand up and the Lord directed my steps in this by the way. And I had the audience, you know, state, I will not be deceived. Now I can't unfortunately, I don't know, Steve Quayle's got the footage and he won't release it, which is fine. I get that he spent a lot of money on that conference, but you know I would love to get my talk so I could you know run that. But I've done other talks and covered the same information.
So the point I'm trying to make here is that this phenomenon is real. It's been studied by your government, my government and now the halls of Congress have been talking about it and whistleblowers have come forth. Before I my hat is off to Steve Quell because Steve is sort of a pioneer on the whole UFO phenomenon but so is L. A. Marzouli.
My book came out in 1999, Nephilim Madruf Is Here, which of course talks about the whole UFO phenomena. So, you know, it's good that the Lord has raised up a man like Quail, a man like myself, to look at everything from a biblical viewpoint, and that's what we certainly do here. So the bottom line is these men became puzzled and alarmed about reports about UFOs, you know, buzzing craft and aircraft and appearing at S-four and Area 51 and places like this. Let's continue.
Residents of the Uinta Basin in Northeastern Utah had been reporting frequent UFO incidents for decades, probably longer. And the Bigelow Ranch was deemed an epicenter of weird activity, not just UFOs, but also unknown creatures, things that presumably exist only in myths or movies.
So let me stop right there. In in our second film, in in in the UFO, right here in our 10 box DVD set. But in the second film I'm interviewing Francisco Carrera, head of Exopolitics Portugal, and Francisco looks right at the camera and says, Oh yeah, know, Skim Walker Ranch.
Well, Native Americans know what's there and they don't go near it. And what we see is the spiral that goes like this clockwise is always a good omen. A spiral that goes counterclockwise means don't come here. There's a gateway there, there's a portal there, something the veil is very thin in this area. UFOs come in and come out as well as cryptids, Bigfoot for instance, Dogmen, things like this and other entities, beings are popping in and popping out.
So something is going on there. I've never been. I was at a UFO conference a couple of years back and I sat next to and tried to have a conversation with one of the guys who is part of that television show. And I'll just tell you exactly what it is in my opinion. Somebody is going to meet a very traumatic ending here because you can't mess with stuff like this unprotected. I mean you can, but it's not a good thing And in my opinion, this is completely 100% demonic. 110% demonic. Let's continue.
Bidol's organization, NIDS, moved on to the ranch and its team of scientists and investigators began collecting testimony from residents, then started seeing the creatures and phenomena for themselves. Lakatsky, Stratton and the bosses at DIA.
So what you're looking at here, let me go back a little bit. Right there, okay? That's a typical catamutilation, what you're looking at. We have a whole film on this. It's a very disturbing film, a very dark film.
Once again, it's in the 10 box DVD set, 'Catamutilation'. And you know, and I get it, it sounds like plugging the film, and we are, I admit that. But if you want to do a deep dive, that's where you need to go. You know, put it together. It's a very dark film and I want to thank our good friend Chuck Zukowski for allowing us a lot of the film that we use of the mutilation.
Chuck was there, boots on the ground and all things point to something very disturbing, very very disturbing. So this is an example of what the calamutilation looks like. Let's continue.
Now if UFOs and the seemingly related paranormal incidents might be considered a threat.
Because I could see from my organization, the threat potential, and we were uncovering many of the things you were observing. You know, strange creatures. I mean, think of inducing these, what might be called illusions by some people into an enemy force. You know, we wanted to learn what, what can be weaponized here.
Lakatsky and Stratton put together a program which DIA approved. The acronym was Ausap. Senator Arie Reid helped secure the funding, and Bigelow Aerospace was the contractor. 50 full time investigators were hired, obtained top secret security clearances, and went to work. The main focus was UFOs and UFO technology.
Let me stop you right there. So what we're getting here is George Knapp discussing the UFO phenomena and you'll notice that no one's saying anything about wearing tinfoil hats or conspiracy theorist or you know that maybe you have a little too much to drink that night or whatever. The phenomenon is real. How many millions of people have seen a UFO, an orb? I'll tell you a quick story and I've talked about this before but when I was at one particular church the pastor of some was sitting like in the front row off to my left and there was about 500 people there that night.
And I said, How many of you have seen a UFO, lights in the sky, orbs, had an encounter sleep paralysis? And about a third of the audience raised their hands. So the pastor's son came up to me at the end of my talk and said, and he was kind of like shook up, he was shaken. And he said, oh hey you know when you said that I turned around because I was in the front row to see how many hands went up and I figured we'd have two or three hands. I was taken aback because it's almost a third of the audience had their hands raised.
He was blown away by that. Folks, the phenomenon is real burgeoning and not going away. How many times have I said that? Congress is talking about it. You know, numerous people sitting in your congregation have had encounters. Why isn't the church talking about it? Why? We're only going talk about the things of the Bible. Well, okay, Jesus warns us men faint from fear for what is coming upon the earth. Why would He say that?
What is coming upon the earth? It's here, it's right here, it's right now, and it is happening. And your Congress is talking about it. And you know this is George Knapp for crying out loud. This is like a premier investigator, you know, blowing the whistle, trying to wake up the public, but the Church for the most part won't even address it, and this is problematic.

One smaller focus was measurable health effects
So in our film on Fatima, this one right here strange phenomenon. And this by the way right here, I don't have time to get into this, but this is an actual picture taken by the king's photographer in 1917, the former king of Portugal because they overthrew him and created a republic, but the King's photographer, Joshua Vanoia snapped 12 photographs. You can see a dislike object above the apparition site. So back over to what George Knapp is talking about, we call it the flyby. So when the craft came over the crowd like this, there were people that were standing there, their clothes were wet, the ground was wet because they'd been raining all night and most of the morning.
As the craft comes over, I'll use this one that's a little smaller, but as the craft comes over, people they have burns on their skin the next day like a sunburn, just like Close Encounters of the Fourth Kind that film. The ground is dry, their clothes are dry. What are we looking at here? What are we looking at? So we know that's why we entitle that film 'Strange Phenomena' because it's very, very strange.
But to someone who studied the UFO phenomenon for decades, it all fits together, It all dovetails together. Let's continue.
Psychological effects. That allowed Allsop to cast a wide net and to report seemingly outlandish stories about creatures, poltergeist type activity and other weirdness. Doctor. Lakatsky says that
So let me ask you this. If this is such a benevolent phenomena, right, how is it that we've got cryptids, dogmen, poltergeist activity, orbs flying around, adverse health effects. If it's such a benevolent phenomena, why are these people experiencing this? Because it's not benevolent, it's malevolent to the frickin' nines, to the nines. This is the fallen angels, these are the fallen angels, this is part of the Great Deception, there is a breeding program that has been going on for decades, let's continue.
Which by the way hails back to the Genesis three fifteen narrative, and also Daniel two forty three, Their seed will mingle with the seed of men. So this is what's amazing about this. They're laying it out on the table. You know, this is mainstream media, okay? And what does the church do with it? Nothing for the most part. Your kids and your grandkids are being indoctrinated. Time to stand up, time to push back. Let's continue.
I've created a massive database of UFO accounts, but the witnesses were typically reluctant to admit that they had also had paranormal experiences after encountering UFOs.
We realize that people who openly say and are confident enough to say, I observed a UFO up close, maybe on the ground, that they always seem to have a paranormal connection in some way if you gently push them.
Perhaps the strangest experience reported by nearly everyone in Allsop who visited the Bigelow Ranch is what is now known as the Hitchhiker Effect. At least five highly experienced intelligence officers who went to the ranch to check things out came into contact with paranormal phenomena and then took a home with them. They and their families would see balls of light inside their homes, shadowy figures, even creatures that were physical, not merely a mental image.
Let me stop right there. I have heard from certain sources that many of the people who appeared in the film Age of Disclosure are getting a lot of orbs, the Hitchhiker effect, orbs, visitations, things like that. Here's the deal: if a person opens the door to this stuff, they will come in, they will. When I went down to Peru and handled those elongated skulls for the first time, I was oppressed, not, you know, not posessed, but oppressed for about three years. And finally, I'll never forget it, and I was at the Chuck Messler conference and I had to speak that night and I also got the Gold Medallion Award that night, but I digress.
I was under a lot of oppression and I went and there was a pastor that I recognized, I had spoken at his church and I said will you please pray with me and we went into a corner and he laid hands on me and he prayed and basically from that moment he broke the connection. He broke the hitchhiker effect. So it's real, you know, it's real. And this is why I don't go anywhere anymore unless I have direct marching orders from the Lord. So I have marching orders, do a daily show, check.
Get this On the Trail of Enethylim film, which has been two years since we filmed it, get that edited and out in 2026, early in 2026. Yes, sir. So I'm on the trail and we'll definitely get that done. We've also got other films that we need to at least do something with. So the Hitchacker effect is real.
People who appeared in Age of Disclosure are getting that and they're not sure what to do with it because there's nothing in, look a lot of people have nothing in their paradigm to even embrace it. I'll tell you a story. So there's a local church and I won't say the name of it and during the service I just heard this a couple of days ago confirmed by over three witnesses. So we are doing this church service and this woman in basically the second row or third row, it doesn't matter, she manifested in the church, she starts snarling and growling, she's demon possessed and the church didn't know what to do with it. Now the people I talked to knew what to do with it, but they didn't act, unfortunately.
See this is problematic And I guarantee you, if you're watching this, there are people who are oppressed and even possessed in your congregation, just like this woman. Just like this woman. And she manifested in the church, no one knew how to do with it. And this is problematic. Why?
Because we should know exactly how to deal with this thing. In the name of Jesus, get out. Get out right now. I'll tell you one more story. Prophecy So Watchers Conference a couple years back in Orlando, Peggy and I are behind our table.
The herd is listening to somebody in the room, the big room, so there's nobody running around and I'm talking to one gentleman and this woman catches my eye and she's glaring at me. She's got an axe to grind. She's glaring at me and she's got this big blue bag and a pretty gal, but her face is all kind of contorted and dressed really well. Beautiful long hair, almost down to her waist, just a beautiful woman, but she, there's something very troubling about her. And as she's coming towards me, I'd finished my conversation and the table is now clear.
There's no one around except for one man who's sort of at our watch this whole thing and you know who you are. He's standing at the corner And she comes glaring up to me and as she's walking to me, I go, Do you want to be free? Do you want to be free? Jesus can set you free. And she sets the bag on the table and reaches into the bag and at this point Peggy and I are going, my gosh, she's got a gun.
She didn't. And she pulls out this book. She's been photographing orbs and other entities. And I looked at a couple of the pictures, I closed the book and I said, Here's what you need to do. You need to burn it.
You need to just stop it and burn it and stop engaging these things.' And I'm making this up. Her entire countenance changed. And all of a sudden she was there, not the demon in her, she was there. And she just kind of looked at me, she was hurt, she was puzzled, and then the demons came roaring back at that point. And that was it.
Security came up and got her out of there because she didn't want to be free. So the name of Jesus is above all of her names, and we have been given authority to trample over snakes and scorpions and all powers of the enemy, Luke ten nineteen. You tell me what that means. We've been given authority. We have the authority.
Why? Not in our own authority, His authority. And if we walk and you know I got this from our good friends over at Deliverance Ministers in Oklahoma City, Everett Cox and the crew over there, they're just great guys and every Monday night you know, to 20 people show up and get delivered. And there's prayer and I should really post this on our website, it's called the door closing prayer' where you say all this out loud and it closed the doors that you may have opened. Because you know a lot of Christians have opened doors from the past and those doors need to be shut.
Not possessed, but certainly oppressed. So let's continue here. And this is what's happening with the people that are engaging in this stuff. They have no idea how to put on the armor of God, or how to counteract what they're experiencing. Here we go.
After one investigator returned from the ranch to his East Coast home, his entire family was bedeviled by orbs and what they described as a wolf that walked on two legs.
So that's a dog man. And isn't it funny that he uses the word bedeviled? And yet, so he uses the word bedeviled, but does Mr. Napanee, I'd love to get him on the show, does he believe that what this is, is highly malevolent? These aren't the good guys folks, you know, dog man is not a good guy. God didn't create dog man or werewolves or anything like that. But the name of Jesus above all of our names breaks their power. Let's continue.
The one here in the Washington area, and that's why you have to say paranormal, I mean, what did it get in the train or plane and come to Washington? It left deep scratch marks on the tree it was resting in yet. There was physical evidence.
After the existence of Allsap was first reported by us in 2018 and the full scale of the strange phenomena it had examined was made public by Doctor. Lakatsky in his books, including the newest one, New Insights, skeptics claimed the DIA had killed Allsap at the 2010 because the reports it received were simply too weird. Did they ever have the opinion that, oh gosh, this is getting kind of weird?
No, they never did. They basically wanted kept quiet. That's all. They didn't want
to see it in the Washington Post. Lakatsky and others familiar with Allsap tried to find a new home, a spin off version, something called Kona Blue. Harry Reid helped lead that charge, and the Department of Homeland Security initially said yes, then higher ups killed it. Likatsky's new book hints that some slice of Kona Blue did move forward, but he declines to spill further details about that for now.
