Good morning, good morning, good morning. Welcome, welcome, welcome. It's time for our community connection. Okay, m music in the house. How are we doing, ladies? Awesome times? How are you so? I'm doing super We've got especially for kids coming up? Do we? We sure do earlier. We are excited and the countdown is almost here, Marilyn. Men, we are counting down in the minutes, and I know,

I know, Rose, you are absolutely what you got going on. Well, we're going to open, you know, with SunFest and that's May the thirty first, and instead of doing the big hula hoops, we're going to do the smaller for all the smaller children. We're going to do the rings and the Dancing Eagle is going to be doing that and heaven are going to be doing that little event for us. And then on Saturday, you know, that's our big big Winnie the Pooh Tea's popular and something new that we

might hopefully we get what we want. But we're going to do a keyboard orchestra with some of the older children if we can get enough of the keyboards for the children, and that'll be with Lisa Steele and on Kathy Stewart. That's Kathy Stewart, that's correct, Thanks Maryland. And then on this on Sunday, we're gonna do Twinkle Twinkle Little Stars and that's going to be in Ambler Hall and that's our piano. And then that evening is Bingo Family.

That's a family time for the family to meet and then they can do it in their home. And thanks to you guys, the radio helps us and it's a lot of fun community partner with you guys, and we're so thankful. And going back to Roses on the May thirty first, the Dancing Eagles, we just want to give a shout out to Chevron Phillips for being an amazing sponsor of that. They donated all of the hoops and they're bringing out their crew to help us volunteer, welcome greed and check in kids. So

just wanted to give them a shout out. Absolutely, Okay, Roll, sorry, you're on a Monday. I'm on a Monday. Monday is full full of story time and music experiences and it's for all ages three years old and be sure to RSVP at all of our little events. I think it goes live on May first, am I correct, you're correct, And then put the family name and then the children there'll be a block for each one. Yeah, it is important. There's limited space for each of those.

So and then children will receive books, they'll receive musical instruments at those events, and so it is important to get those rs vps in. And then on Tuesdays the same thing. We have two events and then we go to a Hardest Day library in the evening and that is in Connor's Cove and that'll be a big, big experience. It's a puppet show show, it is.

And then we come back to Bartlesville on Wednesday and we have a puppet show and guess what We're going to have a little EMC Little Mozart is going to be there, yes, and there will be two different puppet shows on that day. So then onto Thursday is Art and Music Immersion and that's going to be at the Boots and Brushes Paint and we have two little sessions on that. Again, be sure to r s VP because it makes a difference.

We can only do so many and we'd like to do everybody. So and then conclusion as the rock and Roll and it's a dedication and at Unity Square to John Bond with to end with a ice cream social for the kids. John loves ice cream, and so we want to honor his memory. He loved rock and roll, and so we want to bring out families, kids, have some ice cream and listen to some great music. I saw that combination, I saw the name. I said, man, that is

the icing on the cake. And then on Saturday, we do have Melody's mostly Musical Day that will be in Tulsa at Casha Hall. And so of course everyone loves Ginny Lynn who will be performing that. She may even have her daughter with her this time where we're not sure exactly, but we love her, we love her performance, and so we encourage everyone to come out and see her for that. All the events are free with the exception of the tea, and the tea is non expens so we highly encourage again everyone

to RSVP. We always have limited space and we reserve. We get to capacity. I say we sell out. Of course, we don't sell because the tickets are free, but we are always at capacity and there's a waiting list, so we really highly encourage folks to do that. It's an amazing lineup. We give out over a thousand instruments every year. We give out over a thousand books every year. We give out art supplies, all kinds of things, so you can't go wrong by coming to especially for kids.

Rose works really hard. We encourage folks to sign up if you would like to volunteer for that. We have a lot of volunteers that have already been signing up. Be watching out for links on social media as well as we'll send out a sign up genius to our former volunteers, and so we encourage everyone to get involved. It's pretty fun. Oh wow, we've got a

couple of minutes of remaining. Let's tell the folks what's coming up at festival, all right, So we have our fortieth anniversary festival and taking it back to the very first festival. It will be three days this year, not the typical seventh, but three. It'll start on June seventh, which is a Friday. It'll go through Sunday the ninth, and it will be out Woollarrock will be our kickoff, so everyone loves wooll of rock. We encourage

folks to come out there a little early. And here Jasell Dobson, who is our wonderful, wonderful Alicia Keys intern. She will be opening up this evening or that evening for us for the festival, and that will be followed by the Manhattan Chamber Players, which is an amazing ensemble from all over the

country, primarily I think East Coast. All of these guys sort of went to different schools together or played in different ensembles together and decided that they would form their own Manhattan Chamber Players. And we are so excited to have them followed by that, and of course we'll in the evening with fireworks always.

On Saturday, June eighth, we will take our performance on the road to Tulsa and at Kasha Hall we will have the Tulsa Barat Orchestra open up for Jenny Lynn and Adam Tindler who will be playing Steinway pianos, and it will

be a beautiful concert. And then to end the mostly mos are amazing forty if your anniversary festival, we will have on Sunday, June ninth, a concert at the Refinery also known as Johnstone Sarah my mind looks like and so we're so so nice that Crystal always lets us use her space to showcase it.

It's beautiful. We will open up with the Tulsa Quartet they will be coming and playing some lovely pieces and then it will be followed by Esher Quartet And for those who heard Usher Quartet last season, they fell in love. Eshra Quartet is just amazingly talented. They're featured on NPR regularly. They are a world renowned quartet that is just amazing. These guys are so talented and

just the sweetest guys. So we can't wait to have them back and perform, and then that will conclude our festival and we'll be on to forty one. Oh my gosh, it just happens so quick. So once again it's okay music dot org for everything we need to know about, especially for kids, and also for tickets for these shows. Absolutely, they can also RSVP. Oh yeah, RSVP.
