When we have John Payne, the Warm Band and Johnny. We missed it a little bit earlier today, but I understand the noisy old tractor gotten away. But that's okay. We got you on here right now. You've got a big show coming up in your hometown of Shy, Dude this weekend. Tell us about it. That's exactly right, and that's why I was on that tractor. Great and roads and great and arena and all that. I have a Wild West show that is gonna start at five o'clock on Saturday,
October the seventh. We got to pray at three o'clock. Then we gather up and Mannie's gonna be a frying charcoal Hamburgy's up there about four o'clop. So if you hungry, come on and we'll have plenty eat and drink, and we're bucking bulls. And I got four acts coming, Bucks and horses and little Little Breakaway and h little barrel racing and several acts in between all that. So it's pretty big time here in Shindy, Oklahoma. Well, John, you know you're a fifteen time c A Entertainer of the Year,
and I'm seeing your work and I got to ask you. I asked you this last week when we were talking. You got this horse on top of this great big platform on a trailer, And first of all, how you get that horse up there? Well, it ain't there. It's hard to get up buffalo, I'll guarantee you that. But you have that horse kind of doing spins and turns and everything else on that little liddy bitty platform and you're you're doing it all with just the biggest calm's demeanor I've ever seen.
And it was really a spectacular show. For anybody who's never seen John in action, you'll figure out why he's fifteen time Entertainer of the Year. But that that takes a lot of work. It's got to well, it's something I do all the time. If I'm not doing it, I'm thinking about it. And got lots of extra animals train trained. When I went to Muscat o' marn, I left eighteen had a trained animals over there, so I was Muscat ol'd marn and twenty twenty eleven I went over there and left
eighteen animals over I still got a truck and trader over there. So, uh, everybody said, how many rings you got? Nice? Well, five if you want to count that one. I left the muscat old man. Now, did I see a zebra on your poster? That's right. I've trained some zebras jump up on the top truck and then up on top of trail also, and I got one of them left. And I guess he's just bound to be starved because everybody just loved that dead again zebra. And uh, hell, I just hate the sun of the bus. Well
they kind of hard and reading, the kind of stubborn. Well he if I go to crowding a little bit, he'll jump out and kick at me. Oh boy. And I had a gate white as white open and he he just can't see it. But what what really igervates me is on the right home from Ohio. I went over and come home Sunday. Huh and uh, I toll over. I said that time, I'm gonna have to take a little nap. I toll over this, laid down and kicked the
door. Hey John show, the show's coming up on Saturday. Uh. Now we've got to prey what times he'll praade kick off wasn't praise at three? The uh wild West shows at five? And then I have a street dance with a band and a bonfire, an old fashioned street dance at eight o'clock. Wow, that is cool. That is absolutely cool. And that's a Native stone. I do believe it's going to be performing, correct, Yes, sir, okay, Now what's the cause? I understand it's pretty
very family friendly. It's pretty easy on the pocket book, so families can afford it to do this. What the first year I did it all? I let everybody in for free and had him and dance the three and I lost ten thousand, thinking that ain't very good. Uh huh so uh I charged ten dollars ahead getting the rodeo, and uh I'm not gonna have time to build a big fence around the dance floor and cars people get in there, so it's free. And uh I read many beat charcoal and Hamburger's up
there on carn wood, krill open flames. Oh, and they will be good and we'll have plenty to eat and drink and a lot of entertainment. And if that's on a hill mile east of Shidner mile Eastern Country store up on top of the hill and the view is worth ten dollars. Mm my guys, it is care you telling you what, John, It's gonna be a lot of fun. I hope everybody gets out to see you in your
hometown of Shidler and just have a ball. Wild West Show starts a threat with the parade in the wild West Show to file, John, thank you very much,
