Good morning, good morning, good morning, and welcome, welcome, welcome. Time now for a community connection and it's time to get real, we get real ministries. How are you doing in Shiloh, random, Good morning, good morning man, all as well. We made it up the steps in just in time, record record record time. Tell that non working out. We yeah, no, we just we just left on the Rock with Ken and Sandy Dawson. How are they doing, man, amazing. The
refresh is amazing, the facilities beautiful, they're up and running. They're ready for the kids. Plus the creamery is complete, it's up and running. What an amazing, amazing, amazing ministry. I'm telling you. Yeah, if if you have children between the ages of third grade and senior in high school and they're not part of the Rock, they should be one o'clock, one o'clock every day. They can come in there and one a clock Rock. Remember during the summer year, during the summer. Yeah, but then
there's buses that runs all during school year for the kids. I remember that. Yeah, And it's amazing. It's part they got video games and the best of all, they got Jesus, Jesus from start to finish. Anyway, So hey, Kenn and Sandy. We love you guys. You all are amazing. From well, talking about kids, you had Jesus Burger Junior. How did that go? Yes, where do we start? Where do we start? Weight? Order small fries? Oh no, that's good right
there. So it was amazing, It was amazing. We probably at one time had somewhere around one hundred and fifty people there, kids running everywhere, and it was amazing what Shadow had set up. We had different games set up, and we had a petting zoo. Mendy brought her her minute, Mendy's mini's brought her brought little little petting zoo, long water. We had a dunk tank, had had a bounce house, etc. Et cetera. But each station was a part of the gospel story from birth to resurrection.
It was all about Jesus. And at the very last boot that you go to, it was a prayer table. Last place you go to pick it up Shadow, because you were at the prayer tab so at that at that point and you just ask them, you know, do you do you want to accept Jesus in your heart? And so because you don't reports that on the kids, but you ask them. And we had fourteen fourteen fourteen kids say they want Jesus to live in their hearts because the other ones that have
got at least the seed song and they know who Jesus is. Yes, it's amazing. It was amazing. Yeah. Yeah. Well, and then we had another event downtown. We had a march again Smith type type uh Fenton al on fourth of July, which mister Tom, you were there and thank you for for your nine inch Johnny cash Nail songs. A song that's that's that's your song. I can't help it. That's this your song. But thank you for being there once again. And and that event, that
event went off as it went off and was great. You had wonderful testimony there. And I kept eyeing the I'll call it the baptismal fault and tell people, yeah, but you know what this is Oklahoma. It's Oklahoma. Yeah, it's hot. And the baptismal horse trough that we had set up, we hauled some water in and we filled it up and and at the end of the event we had three individuals the water baptized. Now I'm going
to be very I want to be very careful how I say this. We had one lady that's been involved in the church for a long, long long time. I mean she's she's she's established. Yeah, she's well established. And she come walking up to me. She said, I'm supposed to be baptized. And I'm like, and I was a little bit shocked. I'm like, excuse me. She said, I'm supposed to be baptized. I believe lords tell me to be baptized. I'm like, wow, well, praise God, let's do this. Yeah. So, so her name is
Connie. And and so Connie was water baptized, and she come up out of water and she was just loving on Jesus. And I looked up, and here comes a lady named Pat that goes to church with us. And and Pat has been established in the church for a long long time. And about a year ago she started attending to get real and she was talking about how she just didn't understand the necessity of water baptism. She wasn't viol you know, I mean, she just it made sense when she said, but
we say it's good enough for Jesus. But anyway, so Connie's there in the in the baptismal and I look up and here it comes Pat. She has her hands in the air and tears pouring down her face. She said, I have to be water baptized. I have to be he won't leave me alone. I have to be water baptized. I'm like, wow, praise God, come on, pop on it. It was life changing for she came up out of the water. And she said she realized at that point later on, the pride broke off of her. She didn't had she
didn't realize she had such a stronghold of pride. She said, that's a little block for everything. Yeah, and she said it's changed her whole life. And so that's amazing, like her attitude everything. And Connie, she says, my heart smiles. Now she's a widow. Oh wow. Yeah. And then we had two young kids. We have have this teenage boy seventeen years old. He had been in the system. He knew what the system was all about. And we had another young man that has been in
and out of church with us. Uh. He just got out of the system. He just got out of juvenile transformed and uh. And Gage was telling him, he said, you need to leave that other lifestyle alone, and you need to be right there. It's where you need to be. You need to be water baptized. He said, let's do this. So he shouted his life to Christ and was water baptized. You know, you know these kids that you're talking about sometimes, like these two boys, and
I kind of know who you're talking about. They grew up in circumstances beyond their control. Absolutely, and that's some of the stuff that that's all they knew until they came to know Jesus. Yes, and that's that's all I'm gonna say. I have to be careful. That's that's what get real ministries is about. You know, you walk into this congregation and you will see
the wealthy, and you will see those without such. But every one of us, yeah, every one of us that are there, we know that we had things jacked up in our worlds and not everybody needs and they need to be fixed. And they may not totally understand, but they understand to the point that it has something to Jesus to get my life strayed. They see what they want. Yeah, that's what you know. I see the change and I want that is what it is. So and that's Jesus change.
It's amazing. It's amazing the way God is changing lives. You know, it's not that you're you're running away from something. When you're running from bad things, you're running two the Lord. And that's where you're going to find comfort. That's where you're going to find in salvation. That's where you're going to find safety. Yeah. Everything. So a lot of times, you know, I'll make mention, you know, well why do I need
to be said? What do I need to be saved from? Well, yourself that from one years we're not too good at guardians that were itself from time to time a little bit. Some of our best late plans got us to where we are today. I'm not the one the problem. The society is a wreck, not me. Yeah, yeah, yeah, if they'd just do it my way, we'd all be fine. So it's amazing what God's doing. What he continues to do, Daddy is something. Now we've
got to Jesus Burger everybody. Burger everybody this Saturday noon, Tomorrow tomorrow at noon, Yes, tomorrow at noon. And the Bridging Hunger the Ministry in Jeks, Oklahoma, where we get our food from our food bags that we hang. Pastor Rod Baker and his amazing crew they're gonna bring their their truck up tomorrow. They're gonna grill hot dogs. They're gonna have hot free hot dogs. We're still gonna have burgers, but they're gonna bring their truck up
and see what it is it's going on. Oh let me say this too. Uh yeah. Pastor Rod purposes to feed ten thousand kids a month because there's no school going he's in jinks. He's in jeeks. There's no school going on. Some people have a lunch is provided, but getting there to get the lunches, you can't. You can't move it. You can go to I believe it's the middle school and go eat lunch if you need to, so look it up online. But if you can't and you're run,
get real ministries. So every day at noon we have we have individuals there, have ladies or gota. We have these food bags prepped from jeets from Pastor Rod. Wow. We hand out, we gather we get a hundred of them a week, and we're handing out one hundred foot bags a week to these kids all around the lay read. If you have kids, bring them by, bring them by around noon and and we'll hand out food bags till there's not anymore. And then we'll go get more and then and then
at Jesus Burger there's adult food bags. There's like for cooking and things, but the kid ones are snacks. So we have ready ready to child. We have three different bags. Actually, we have the children's bags, you know. Then we have the transitional bags people that maybe don't have a permit at home right now. And then we have bags for people that have a home that have a way to cook. So different items and different bags. So wow, you're talking about hitting on an all the cellar. Yeah.
Yeah, I've been in all places, many of them. You know, as a youngster. You know by looking at me now, you wouldn't know this boots kind of scarce. Yeah, and so h and you didn't dare say anything about it because you didn't want folks thinking that, you know, you had something wrong. And it's amazing, you know, short lived, I'll say that, but I remember, and every time I see a thin
youngster, I kind of wonder and I get concerned. You got something, And if you have somebody, please have them contact us, Please have them contact us. I remember a few years ago I was having a conversation with with a group of people and I asked me since Randall, What kind of lifestyle did you have grown up? And I sat there and I thought for a minute, and the words that came out of my mouth for this, I never missed a meal. I never missed a meal. I never went
hungry. My mother would stand at the refrigerator, I can see she would, and it was the best meals of all, just leftovers in a little bit of this, a little bit of that, my dad a little creativity. My mom would have a bowl of gravy every meal, and my dad would say, you boys, still hungry, get you some bread and gravy. I grew up on bread and gravy. So these kids when they come in and they and they get their sacks, they sing Jesus loves Me or
um a scripture. But but now we did that at the very beginning, because there's an original group of kids that come in and he's a leader. But they they will yucle I got my bag up by him, and they'll bring other kids back in. Well, and you're gonna sing the song, and you're gonna sing the song. So they promote the song Jesus loves Me. Oh and so um, it's so neat listening to it, so well he knows the rules. Yeah, and he shares the rules. He said, by God, if I got to have a thing, you're going.
Well, there's a transition for a young lady brought her MoMA in last yesterday evening and mama was standing there and we get in the bags and and she looked up the mom and said, MoMA, this is where we see and she started seeing the little girls started sea mom and stand there saying Jesus, oh, come on, and a child shall lead them. So descriptions and you well, then you got the ones that come over where you know, mom and Dad don't even though probably that they're there, and they can't go
back until dark times. They can't go back into the house to dark time. So we just kind of play. And those are the ones we love on ding. That's why God put us right there and we show them who Jesus is. Because Jesus, you need a good imploy yeah, or just peace and quiet. I was real busy yesterday, real busy, and little old fella and he couldn't have been over five, probably come in and on the way out the door. I was doing so many different things, and
he said, don't forget. We love you so tell these boys we love I'm gonna say we always tell them we love them when they leave, because they might never hear that. Yeah, and probably don't love you. Why haven't. This is why we called Miracle on fourt teenth Street with the Get Real ministries. Once get We've got the change of time U student this Saturday, twelve o'clock noon. Yes, we have a Saturday every month. We've got a glow from Sam Springs going to be there tomorrow. We've got a
couple of different We've got some m vets coming. We have a memorial service or service for Bonnie Honley directly after Bob and Bonnie Hunley. We're going to honor Bonnie in the store. The store. Um we are going to start opening on Saturdays next month. Shows right, Well, I guess we are now executive so um yeah, moving right along. So yeah, look for the new hours on Facebook. I will do get Real thrifty. Hey, thanks for coming in. I love you guys too. All right, you've
