Tell us a little bit about it. Well, it's the Interstate Farming Home Show and it is in Coffeeville at the Coffeeville Community College campus Nellis Hall, and it is a big facility that they host like basketball games and things like that, but we'd come in and just take over and transform it. So we take over both
gyms. There's a East and the West, and there's also a big parking lot that we take over. So we got lots of vendors, lots of things to see and lots of things to do. Things for mom and dad, the kids, Grandma and grandpa, you know, all kinds of things great. Well, you know what I understand. We have some great giveaways too. Yes, each day we do March twenty second and twenty third March.
Let me get my times right so I don't mess up here. But Friday, March twenty second is one to seven and then Saturday, March twenty third is eight thirty to four, and we each day Friday and Saturday, you can come in and register to win five hundred dollars. We give away one from our sister stations and then one from us as well, so two chances to win big money. Well that is great, Undership. We've got
brands and tickets and a whole bunch of other goodies too. Yes, and a lot of our vendors will donate door prizes as well, so it is definitely worth your while to register. When you come in. It is free admission and parking, so you don't have to pay to attend our show in any way. We do have a lot of cash and carry items, so you might want to have some cash in your pocket. But you know, we do have a lot of different cash and carry things, so it's always
a good time to you know, just come and look at things. And a lot of our vendors will be giving away things that they're own booths. Uh, we have winners and you know, Tom for that five hundred dollars, I've never really actually called somebody and said, hey, you won the five hundred dollars and they were like, oh man, really yeah, I mean I've never had I've never had that encounter. Can you imagine I can't in this day and everything costing so much extra five hundred dollars will get you
over the hup pretty good. Yeah, it'll it'll put a nice little qustion in there for you. But you know, we have Bartlett co Op has been our title sponsor for all eight years that we've been doing this, and we appreciate them so much. They're usually set there in the lobby with us. They're really great guys that come and they bring all kinds of different items.
Like when you think of Bartlet co Op, you know, you think industrial and and big stuff, but they also have like dog food and bird seed and grills, like they have all kinds of fun stuff at their store. So yeah, yeah, so stop in and check out what they got, and they're they're really nice folks and they've got I think, what is it, seven different locations yet seven in the area. There's a lot of
a lot of locations. But and you know what, they're always one of our first guests, if not the first guest when we're broadcasting live up there each day. And on Saturdays we bring the tech talk guys, Charles and Charles, and we also bring Larry Glass from a Green Country gardener up there too. Yeah, and we do our shows live up there, so if the folks want to come by and say hi to the folks, you can just don't do it on the on the radio while we're talking, not while
you're talking about afterwards, Ye on the radio. We get that down then. So yeah, and I typically we'll have Ron Hayes. I have not got confirmation yet whether Ron Hayes will actually be in the building or not, but he usually tries to make an appearance, so we love to have him, like a couple of years yars ago. Well, he usually he usually likes to come unless he has another engagement. Last year he came on Friday, but he had to be somewhere else on Saturday. But we really love
him coming and he loves show. He loves to come to it too, so you'll grow Yeah, sure, yep, you know, stay tuned to our interviews Tom. We'll talk a couple more times before it gets gets showtime, so we'll keep you updated on whether he's for shorecoming or not. And you can always give us a call. Like sometimes they brings something that you know, you wouldn't really think that you were interested in, but then you said in it and you fall in love with it and you're
taking it home. Yeah, yeah, it does, doesn't it? Tom? Yeah, I don't know how many time it just happens that way, but you know, sometimes it's just, you know, something out of the ordinary. So and we have quality motors and quality Toyota and I know, I think they brought that camera last year. Man, I love those new cameras. They look so nice. They're so pretty easy to drive to last forever. Yeah, well that's true, but yeah they are. They're so
pretty. And you know, they quality motors brought. I want to say that big yellow jeep it was pretty cool too. Yeah, I know one year they brought the bit I don't know if it was last year. But anyway, they always bring some really cool stuff and you know, climb around and check it out. And a lot of those dealers, a lot of our vendors will have special show pricing so you get really good deals. So we'll have lawnmowers in tractor and like gardening equipment and things like that. Services.
I know we have carpet cleaning and allergy solutions. American Heritage Beef Company will be there, so you have some really good deals on some stuff you can take home and put in the freezer and put in your belly. Yeah. I tell you, what do you do all the hard work? You just take home the beef. That's right. And Cask and Grove will be there again this year. They've been with us for This will be their third
year showing up. And that's one of my favorite boots, Tom because if you listen to anything that I ever say, whether it's auction or a farm show, I'm kind of obsessed with these infuse olive oils. I use them constantly, but we cook a lot, so I use them a lot. Here you go, I'm teaching teaching my kids how to cook. It's hilarious. Well, I bet it is. It's great. It's good fire department. Yet no, no, right, Yes, my daughters pretty good at
like seasoning things. But her boyfriend man, I don't know. He said he can make he can burn mac and cheese. So it's a long road. By the way, she did a great job on my birthday cake. home facilities, we have the Philips hog Heaven will be there again. They do our vendor lunch for us. we do here. I mean, Green Country Christmas is a lot of fun too, but this is where we get to see everybody. Like this is where folks come in from all over, from all the way from Independence and Chanut, from down in you know, ogles By and you know part south, even down to Tulsa. They will come up to coffee Bill. We've had them come from further than that. So yeah, Texas, Arkansas, other place, yeah, I think the farthest other than a foreign country.
But you know they were already here, but they're from there. But I think was Florida. Yeah, so that's I think that's the farthest maybe or New York, whichever one's farther, remember New York. Yeah, it was interesting. Yeah, but it draws people from all over the place and it is a lot of fun. You're going to see your friends there, you're going to see your family there, and you know, might as well get to yourself something neat. We got a snack bar there. Yes, we
do call it the concession stand. We do help out the college kids, the soccer kids. They help us and we help them. So they helped set up and take down the event, the pipe and drape and the tables and things like that, and the floor coverings. And they have a concession stand there during this show. And they make pretty good hamburgers. I think they're delicious. Oh yes, and they have all kinds of different snacks and sodas and candies and different things like that. But yeah, they do have
they do have some lunch options. We also have sandbaggers, golf and turf and they have golf carts, and they have Hustler lawn mowers, I believe, and we have Sincy by Melissa Cassler. She's been with us for several years now. Scott Jowette Agency, Farmers Insurance and so if you need insurance or financial institutions or long care facilities, anything like that, we'll have those people there that you can talk to. Sek Hot Tubs will be there again
this year. Last year was their first year and they are back again this year. So I would love to take one of them home with me. And they do have really good sales at the show. So if you're in the market for a hot tub, which everybody should be because they're wonderful, but this is definitely a good time to get it home too. Those hot tubs, yeah, they just jump in your car. I don't know how happens. We also have Summer's Custom Cabinets. They've been with us for a
long time at our shows in Southern Kansas. Wood Stoves he has if you have a need for a wood stove, whether it be in the house or in the garage or in the shop or whatever it be.
