There's the ones who keep the little league going, keep the little softball league going, And they're the ones that you always say, hey, how
about it, we're doing a fundraiser. Do you think you'd like to help. Well, they're the ones that give you the answer yes, yep. So it wouldn't it wouldn't hurt you to visit them, not only the holiday season, but several times throughout the year and say thank you by making a purchase. For sure, And I know how easy it is to shop online, but just think about your friends and neighbors that you that your kids play sports with. That you go to church with, that you socialize with,
be sure and check out their stores first. And if you can shop local, certainly give them a chance first. I try to do everything local that I can first. All my friends get so tired of me saying, have you checked out any of our local shops to see if you can fill any of those orders here first? And it's just it's important. Yeah, it's important. And we've been seeing this with the sales tax collections. The city set another record over the record they set last year. So this keeping it
local is working and working well. Really, you're going to see some street work that's going to kick in here and that pothole is going to be like instantly gone, and that's because you shopped at home. It is. It's my favorite day of the year because my only job that day is to make people happy, and so I get to

Yeah, And we come on at a thirty Miss Dory and Evan and I, and we explain all the rules and everything that at nine o'clock, all the stations, we just we ghet the magic button and then we're all like, all over we can't escape us.
Yep, we own it, man, that's true. And there are no cars going up Frank Phillips Boulevard except for maybe an ambulance or a bread truck because everybody for a few hours. And that's what happens. Now people are wondering, walk, golly, I got a ticket, but you know I might be in Barnstall, I might be in Dewey, I might be in no water. You know, how am I going to get my ticket validated?
We've got that figured out. We've got that figured out. So we have about twenty of us that are parked all over northeast so Lama in Southeast Kansas, and so we just make sure that we've got people close to you. So all you have to do is if you have the ticket, then you call in as soon as you can, because we give a little bit of time, but then we do start a timer and you have one minute and forty seconds. So we're on AM fourteen hundred. That's how it started.
So one minute and forty seconds to call in, and then if you call in in that time, then ideal you call in before that, but we take your information and then we send a runner out to find you, and so we come to wherever you want. Yes, so if it's bad weather, then we risk our safety, not years, so we're going to
come to you and verify your ticket. Yeah, and so we're going to come to you and be excited with you, and then we'll call in after we've verified the ticket, and then the prize is yours and so we take care of all that. But like I said, any of the daily prizes that aren't claimed to go into our big prize packages.
