Theatermaker en choreograaf Alida Dors is sinds 2020 artistiek directeur van Theater Rotterdam. Dit jaar zal ze zowel Staat van het Theater als Staat van de Nederlandse Dans uitspreken. Als één van de pioniers van de hiphop-dans in Nederland wil ze de twee kunstdisciplines theater en dans dichter bij elkaar brengen.
