Talk about doing a one hundred and eighty degree u turn. In a major reversal, President Trump now says he is going to send arms weapons to Ukraine. He says they will be defensive weapons, but nevertheless it is going to be a multi billion dollar weapons package, maybe even a Patriot missile system, interceptor missiles, health fire missiles, artillery shells,
you name it. In other words, a man who said he wanted to end these endless wars, who criticized Biden, in my view, rightly for sending arms deal after arms deal, money after money, weapons after weapons in a feudal effort to try to defeat Russia in Eastern Ukraine, now has reverted to the Biden policy. And it's not just now that he wants to arm Ukraine to the teeth, it's that he now also wants to impose sanctions on Russia and even impose crippling tariffs on any country that helps
Russia in its war against Ukraine. In other words, this is a major escalation of America's involvement in the war between Russia and Ukraine and a complete violation or betrayal of his promise to not get US involved any further in Ukraine. My friends, we voted for America first, not Ukraine first. And by now sending billions of dollars in weapons to Ukraine, as I said, this is now Biden two point zero on this particular issue. He is no
different than Joe Biden. And it's not just that Zelenski and his band of crooks in the capital Kiev are going to steal much of the weapons, sell it on the black market, siphon off the financial aid. It's that whatever aid does make it to the front lines is not gonna stop the inescapable reality of the facts on
the ground. Russia has won this war, Putin has won, Zelenski has lost, and all this is gonna do is it's going to prolong the fighting in Ukraine for another three, four, five, six months, leading to more Russian dead, more Ukrainians dead, and the blood bath and the meat grinder will go on. But in the end this is not enough to turn the tide of the war. It will only prolong Ukraine's
agony and its eventual defeat. And rather than level with Zelenski and the Ukrainian people and frankly America and the world, Trump now is just throwing good money after bad at a time when our own weapons stockpiles are badly depleted. In fact, the Pentagon has now said, we don't have enough Patriot missiles. We don't have enough missiles or artillery shells or basic military firepower to defend the American homeland.
If we don't have enough to defend ourselves, what are we doing giving billions of dollars worth of weapons and a weaponry to Ukraine? My friends, this is an abandonment of everything Trump campaigned on. Remember he loves to say promise is made, promise is kept. Well, this time promise is made, promise is broken. America First is not just a slogan, It's supposed to be a policy. And when it comes to being America first to Ukraine, we should
get the hell out of that war. Who wins the war in Ukraine will not impact the security or strategic interests of the United States. We do not have a dog in that fight. Let Ukraine and Russia fight it out. If Zelensky is foolish enough to keep prolonging this war, he will lose more territory, and if he's not careful, the capital Kiev itself may fall to Russian forces and Russian and Russian tanks. But that's for Zelenski and the
Ukrainians to decide. When it comes to our strategic interests, we need another war like we need a hole in the head, and we need to get involved in a conflict like we need a hole in the head. It is time for us to pull out. This is Ukraine's fight, it is not America's fight. We have so many problems here at home. The last thing we need is to spend more and deplete our stockpiles even more and get further embroiled in a senseless, endless war that Russia has
already won and that Russia will win. It's time for Trump to cut his losses. He's not winning the Nobel Peace Prize when it comes to Russia or Ukraine. Ukraine now must be told sue for peace. The sooner the better, because the longer this war goes on, the worse it will be for Ukraine. President Trump, I'm asking you, I'm almost begging you, change your mind and reverse course. Get us out of Ukraine. No more weapons to Ukraine. We've given them one hundred and seventy five billion dollars worth
of money and weaponry. That's enough. It's time to put America and Americans first.
