What is ASMR? ASMR stands for "autonomous sensory meridian response". It's a tingling sensation along your scalp, spine and back that you can get from different audio and visual stimuli (called triggers), such as whispers, tapping, light movement and lots of other things! ASMR is great for relaxation, but I highly recommend you try therapy if you are struggling! :)
