Welcome to the fifth episode of the limited podcast series KSCGSF Presents: The Great Darkness Saga, chronicling the epic 1980's saga starring the Legion of Super-Heroes, as it is chronicled in the pages of the Great Darkness Saga Deluxe HC and TPB Collections. This will take us on a 14 issue (and thus 14 episode) trip spanning Legion of Super-Heroes #284 through #296 & including Legion of Super-Heroes Annual #1.

This time out we continue our coverage with Legion of Super-Heroes #288, cover dated June 1982. With this issue we mark the beginning of a new and legendary era of Legion comics, as Pat Broderick has left the book entirely, leaving Keith Giffen as the head honcho and sole penciller in this 25 page epic!
