World Peace…One Community at a Time!

Segment 1: J.R. Wilson, President/Founder of Delta Veterans Group, talks about his upcoming event, Stand Down on the Delta, September 11th-14th. During the 4 day event, volunteers will provide services to             homeless veterans, free of charge, at the Contra Costa Fairgrounds in Antioch. Volunteers are still needed.

Segment 2:Jere Gettle, President of Baker Creek Seed Co. and Founder/CEO of the National Heirloom       Expo, September 8th-10th, Santa Rosa, discusses his mission— pure food education. In this, the 4th year   of  the food faire, Jere describes how the Expo’s presence has impacted the Santa Rosa area, and how the original mission of providing up to date, current information on sustainable organic gardening and the care of farm animals, has expanded.
