Episode description

For many individuals, “The Hero’s Journey” often begins as the result of personal tragedy. This was the case for Cephus X. Johnson, “Uncle Bobby”, when his nephew, Oscar Grant was murdered by a BART police officer on New Year’s day, 2009. Suddenly, he became de facto spokesperson for the family and was thrust onto the public stage in a way that changed his life forever!

Tonight, in conversation with host, Veronica Faisant, “Uncle Bobby” reveals details of the Spiritual Transfromation at the heart of his newfound social activism, and his new project, Love Not Blood.
