Last month, in a victory for Richmond community activists, a California judge ordered ChevronTexaco to halt the expansion of its Richmond refinery. The company responded by appealing the decision, and laying off 100 workers. Terra Verde speaks with the Asian Pacific Environmental Network and the West County Toxics Coalition about what’s next.
