Police Killings of People with Disabilities Casper Banjo, Jeremiah Chas, Heather Billings: A few of the many people with disabilities shot by their local police around the bay area.  On Friday, May 2 at 2:30 pm on KPFA 94.1 fm, we investigate police violence and the particular vulnerability of people with mental disabilities and men of color. As a tribute to renowned artist and printmaker, Casper Banjo.  (His own voice).  Activists provide the whys and the what-to-dos of police violence and we visit a strategic forum in Santa Rosa.  Also, a commentary by Eddie Ytuarte.
