Pushing Limits speaks with Megan Kirshbaum, founder and executive director of Through the Looking Glass.  TLG, located in Berkeley,  is a ground breaking program dedicated to serving families with disabilities.  It was founded 30 years ago by Megan and Hal Kirshbaum in Berkeley during the formative years of the disability movement.   The discussion will include the kinds of attitudes we have and legal sanctions about parents with disabilities.
